The whole place was of high spec quality. Very clean and in excellent condition. The staff we were in contact with were all helpful and pleasant. We asked for an extra set of bedding before we arrived so we could use the sofa bed, and this was dealt with quickly and efficiently with swift communication. The kitchenette was very handy with a fridge to keep our breakfast things and drinks, cold. The "gourmet kitchen" had lots of facilities for cooking and making drinks. The location of the apartment was fantastic. A few minutes walk to the high street or the beach and prom in the other direction. We didn't hear any other residents and the only noticeable noise was the very noisy seagulls! The facilities on offer even include earplugs if you want them. The shower is exceptionally small. We're average size people but struggled in the shower space. Bending down to wash your feet was very tricky! We frequently knocked the shower controls. Having said that, the shower water pressure is good and plentiful. The sink in the bathroom is tiny and the water pressure very poor. We ended up brushing our teeth in the kitchette sink.

Mon unique critère de choix etait le calme . J’ai été gâtée. Le quartier et la rue sont particulierement calmes et les fenêtres sont à double vitrage. Pour le reste, le studio est un petit bijou de confort et d’ingeniosité. Merci Ramona.

O imóvel é excelente para 2 pessoas e oferecia comodidades que precisávamos, com certeza quando voltarmos para Brighton vamos querer nos hospedar mais uma vez nesse apartamento. A fantastically well functioning and proportioned, space with exceedingly good communication from start to finish. Great light from the bay window and I wasn’t expecting a kitchenette which was a lovely surprise upon arrival. The space is so peaceful, so much so I had an array of bird life on my window sill that came to visit. The small touches in the room like the little cakes, cans of drink, water, tea and coffee selection were greatly appreciated. Fantastic facilities with the larger external amenities for washing and cooking. Thank you for being such a kind and caring hostess. Thoroughly recommended 💫

we had beautiful holiday at the sobo house, its very nice and clean, they have a 5 star customer service to make sure that everyone is happy, and the location is very good, its few min walk to the beach

Thank you for the wonderful stay. The serviced apartment was exactly what I needed working away from home. Everything was as detailed in descriptions. I was dubious about noise levels but actually it was super insulated and quiet. Only down side is the shower is designed for slim people with minimal shoulder span.

My daughter & I stayed at 8/BeachSide for 2 nights. It is located in a lovely area with some shops, plus the lovely cafes & restaurants of Hove just a short walk away. We felt very safe both in the area and staying at the property. The studio is well equipped, with a pull down double bed plus a sofa bed. The compact shower/wet room was very efficient. There is a tiny kitchenette offering a kettle, fridge & microwave, overall it is a well designed and efficient studio. There is also access to a larger shared kitchen area ( we didn't use but think is very useful for guests.) We found the accommodation extremely clean and we are more than happy to stay here again.

Lovely place, lovely hosts! The studio is small but so well optimised that you have everything you need without it feeling cramped. Good location, a few minutes from the beach. The hosts were responsive, friedly and overall lovely! Great place, would visit again

The last of three visits to Hove and SoBo’s property. As usual clean, tidy, responsive and pleasant a host can be. Will be staying again in the near future.

Thank you for a peaceful and relaxing stay at SoBo House. My studio was clean and comfortable. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive during my stay which I really appreciated and the refreshments, snacks and toiletries available throughout the duration of my stay was a really kind and considerate touch. I would stay at SoBo House again :)
