Liked all the big and small things - free sleep kits, coffee, a well provisioned pantry and the design and practicality of the studio. On site housekeeper friendly and helpful and addressed all requests promptly. Enjoyed being able to do clothes washing on site, supplied soap a plus. It was hot (heat wave) but the John Lewis fan worked well and was practically silent. There are seagulls, but the supplied ear plugs sorted that and any noise from other guests. Really enjoyed the 4 nite stay. Only very minor comments. It would have been great to have a recycling collection bin as we were buying preprepared food items and had a lot of packaging to dispose of. Shower is small and hard to bend down in for anyone of height, but worked well with good hot water each time. If ever renovating, moving tap location to the side would help!

Clean a decent space for the price local to town about 10 minutes on the bus to hit brighton central clean facilites very happy with my stay Nothing it was perfect

The self contain apartments are adorable! I feel really safe. Nothing is a problem. Nothing not to like - anything you need is welcome and the apartments speak for themselves

Me encantó todo el lugar el apartamento es muy lindo y cómodo para el tamaño que tiene, la atención es excelente llegas tienes agua Coca-Cola galletas hay de todo, de verdad que repito ya que mi hermano vive cerca de ahí, miles de gracias El baño es incómodo, pero se puede utilizar, súper importante hay que cambiar el colchón que ya el pobre se hunde

Very quirky use of space, easy access with lots of nice little touches, highly recommend.. Slightly noisy at times on the street (they do supply ear plugs) and no parking for non permit holders outside of the hours 8pm-9am.

Apt 11, Seaside Serenity, was Immaculate. It was thoughtfully designed, with a place for everything and everything its place. It was so meticulously clean, the design was thoughtful, and worked to within an of its life, eg, you pull the walled down it lands within an inch of the dining table. It’s all arranged so well. We loved it! It’s not about, ‘what we don’t like”, it’s just that it’s on the top floor, so there are 3 flights to walk up, BUT, if you think of it as your gym work out for the day, then it works ok. Maybe not suitable for the elderly or infirm, having said that my partner is 80 and i’m 65 and we managed it ok and loved it.

great location a block from the beach , restaurant , shopping, coffee places too many furniture in the bedroom , bus stop and train station too many furniture made the place smaller or three people.

The whole place was of high spec quality. Very clean and in excellent condition. The staff we were in contact with were all helpful and pleasant. We asked for an extra set of bedding before we arrived so we could use the sofa bed, and this was dealt with quickly and efficiently with swift communication. The kitchenette was very handy with a fridge to keep our breakfast things and drinks, cold. The "gourmet kitchen" had lots of facilities for cooking and making drinks. The location of the apartment was fantastic. A few minutes walk to the high street or the beach and prom in the other direction. We didn't hear any other residents and the only noticeable noise was the very noisy seagulls! The facilities on offer even include earplugs if you want them. The shower is exceptionally small. We're average size people but struggled in the shower space. Bending down to wash your feet was very tricky! We frequently knocked the shower controls. Having said that, the shower water pressure is good and plentiful. The sink in the bathroom is tiny and the water pressure very poor. We ended up brushing our teeth in the kitchette sink.
